In a saucepan, fry
leek
without the leaves,
celery
and
chopped tomato
. Once mostly cooked through, deglaze with
white wine
and
heavy cream
. Add
mustard
, the leaves of the leek and lovage. Take the pan off the heat. You need about 320g of this total. Fry the
large prawns
shortly on high heat in a frying pan with a bit of oil. Put a piece of parchment paper of about 25x25cm in a bowl and put in a scoop of the vegetables. Put on a piece of
salmon
and
cod
, and two of the prawns. Add another scoop of vegetables and tie up the parchment paper on top with a bit of string. Butcher's string works well for this, because its resistant to heat. Repeat 4 times. Bake the fish packets at 180C for about 10-15 minutes. Check if the fish is done, cooking time is highly dependent on how the fish is cut. Boil
pirinç rice
according to instructions. Put another pot on the stove and add in
onion
,
carrots
,
kohlrabi
,
green beans
and
courgette
. Finish off with
parsley
. Mix
cornstarch
,
vegetable stock cube
and water into a slurry and bind the vegetables. Plate up and enjoy :)
